  • SATURDAY JUNE 14TH – JOIN THE  “NO KINGS” PROTESTS – OVER 1800 PROTESTS PLANNED NATIONWIDE.  GO TO NOKINGS.ORG AND PUT IN YOUR ZIP CODE.
  • USE STOPICE.NET TO REPORT ICE SIGHTINGS OR FIND OUT IF ICE IS IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
  • WE WILL BE ORGANIZING VIGILS AND MASS NONVIOLENT ACTIONS AS THIS COMMUNITY OF RESISTANCE GROWS. SEND US YOUR IDEAS.
  • BECOME A “REGULAR” AT A LOCAL WEEKLY NONVIOLENT PROTEST.  JUST SEARCH FOR “PROTESTS NEAR ME.”  
  • EMAIL OR CALL EVERY WEEK THE COLLABORATORS – THE POLITICIANS SUPPORTING THE MAGA AGENDA. WHAT TO SAY?
    • Want to avoid the forever shame of having supported our would be King when MAGA is defeated?  Speak out now.  
    • Giving tax cuts to the richest and cutting food and medical care for the most vulnerable is Unamerican.
    • Supporting ruthless dictators while slapping tariffs on our allies is not what our country stands for.
    • Men in masks snatching law abiding people off the streets is what happens in a totalitarian state, not our democracy.
    • Turning our government into a corrupt crime syndicate so our leaders can enrich themselves is treasonous.
    • Promoting quack science while cutting apart our nation’s top research labs is not only stupid but will weaken our country. 
  • BOYCOTTS:
    • Go to Publicsquare.com to find businesses that are proud supporters of the MAGA agenda so you can avoid them.
    • Only use Amazon when there is no alternative – Bezos destroyed the independence of the Washington Post.
    • Stop shopping at Target – they caved to bigotry and hate without even being asked to.  
    • Avoid CBS News and ABC News – they are trying to settle or avoid intimidation lawsuits instead of defending the freedom of the press.  

 

MEDITATION ON RESISTANCE

We beat McCarthyism.

We beat Jim Crow and the KKK.

We beat the 20,000 American Nazis that rallied at New York City’s Madison Square Garden in 1939 in support of Hitler

We will beat MAGA.

We will dance until we win, and then we will dance in celebration.
